Cherry Kiss Cookies Recipe

Gradually beat in flour.

Cool for 1 minute before removing to a wire rack. Store in an airtight container.
In a large bowl, beat butter, confectioners’ sugar and salt until blended. Beat in cherry juice, extract and, if desired, food coloring. Gradually beat in flour. Drop by teaspoonfuls 2 in. apart onto lightly greased baking sheets. Bake at 300° for minutes or until firm to the touch.

Cherry Kisses

Bake 8-10 minutes or until bottoms are light brown. Immediately press a chocolate kiss into center of each cookie . Remove to wire racks to cool.
